We continually update our process to meet the demands of our clients and we understand the importance of timely and accurate reports and automate any part that we are able.

To see the progress on a particular inspection, login to our secure inspection management platform to see updates as they occur. Once logged in, you are also able to track contact attempts made with the insured and when the inspection is scheduled.

Ordering a Report

Orders are entered into our inspection management system by the client or by Signature Appraisals staff. Sending and receiving orders has never been easier between our platform and yours. Ask us how we can automate the ordering process to make the process even easier for you.

Assigned and Scheduled

Once the order is placed, it is immediately assigned to the proper field underwriter. Phone calls are made to the insured to schedule an appointment at their earliest convenience.

Inspection and Quality Assurance

The assigned field underwriter inspects the home and completes the inspection report on our secure digital platform. Our quality control experts then review the report before releasing it to the customer.

Ready for Review

We generate a detailed Final PDF report, and either email it to the customer or send to your inspection management platform via a secure connection.
